I opt out of all unnecessary cookies, don’t do those ‘what kind of animal are you?’-type surveys, don’t ‘like’ posts my friends/family share if I can’t find/don’t trust the source, and avoid most of the ‘big media’ sites. Nonetheless, I still have to remove ‘big tech’ trackers every morning:

THOUGHTS
There seems to be a lot of pro-Putin stuff on Minds -can’t help but wonder if it’s full of the Russian propagandist entities that have been banned from FB and the like since 2016. It’s also full of politically-charged nonsense, just like FB and other entities used to be. Obviously, those that post these things are after as much Minds coin as they can get, are well aware that politically-charged memes are attention-getters, and are willing to post stuff they may not necessarily believe themselves. Frankly, I’d like to see more effort and time spent on original content and intellectual reasoning over gut-reaction, ‘the other side is evil’ crap.
I’ve spent at least a decade on each side of the American political aisle and can tell you from experience that both sides will try to brainwash into thinking the other side is pure evil. What I’ve learned is that both sides are full of the good and the bad, just like real life and real people. If you want me to take your political slant on things seriously, go run for office, because as far as I’m concerned, political memes are old, played-out propaganda, and there’s nothing I hate more than trying to be manipulated by someone who is only after coin.
So show me something new and creative -or at least something that took some real effort. Otherwise, I’m scrolling right on by, because just hitting ‘share’ takes about as much effort as peeing.
TODAY’S ELECTRONIC TRACK
Please keep in mind that most of these tracks are best heard through a decent set of headphones or a good set of speakers. “On Edge” by JustCasey. This track is short and heavy! It’s pretty much just bass, drums and heavily distorted electric guitar. And boy does it live up to the name! It definitely gives you that ‘on edge’ feeling when you’re just ready to explode. This is great song to expel some of that pent-up negative energy you might be harboring. Expand your musical boundaries and give it a listen.

Everything that I’m watching saw mostly positive results at the close of yesterday’s markets (markets were not open yet at the time things were checked this morning). (NOTE: “overall” below refers to: since I’ve been tracking daily; mid-March for TKR and T; mid-February for VMEO).
TKR – temporary replacement for MTCH
The Minds coins cryptocurrency (based on Ethereum) was down this morning (after a couple of nice gains over the past 2 days), approximately -$0.12 to ~$1.53/coin; -$1.34/coin overall

THE WRAP/MUSICAL START
Well, that’s a wrap. I’ll be starting the day off with the next song in my Spotify playlist (Randomly Cool Big List No.1), “Get It On” by Kingdom Come. Originally, this was the 6th track on their self-titled debut album (1988).
I’ll never forget the 1st time I heard this song. It was at work (Texas Summatek in Lewisville, TX) and the immediate talk among my friends and I was that Led Zeppelin had secretly reformed with John Bonham’s son, Jason! (Remember –this was the pre-internet days when stuff could actually happen without being leaked first and people were still desperate for just such an occurrence.) The radio DJ introduced the song in a mysterious manner, which only added to the speculation. Of course, afterwards they told us the artist name, and although slightly disappointed, we were nonetheless intrigued and most of us ended up with a copy of that first Kingdom Come album, which, by the way, is loaded with some really good tracks!
