Those of you with clear, dark skies will be able to see Leo the Lion rising from the East after sunset. The brightest star in this constellation is Regulus. It looks faint because it is 79 light years away, but it is at least 150 times brighter than our sun! Regulus is part of what looks like backwards question mark, known as the Sickle of Leo. The Sickle outlines Leo’s head (side profile) as it is looking West.

FINANCIALS

Everything that I’m watching -except T (AT&T) and everything in my itty-bitty (but growing!) portfolio was down at the close of Friday’s markets, which were closed yesterday for President’s Day (“overall” refers to: since I’ve been tracking daily; mid-January for MTCH and T; mid-February for VMEO).

MTCH -$4.32/share; -$8.28/share overall

VMEO -$0.07/share; -$0.32/share overall

T (AT&T) +$0.11/share; -$1.34/share overall

The Minds coins cryptocurrency (based on Ethereum) was down this morning approximately -$0.08 to $1.79/coin; -$1.08/coin overall.

Check out Stockpile for traditional shares because you can order by a dollar amount instead of whole shares and build from there.

Well, that’s a wrap. I’ll be starting the day off with the next song in my playlist –“Knocking On Your Back Door” by Deep Purple from the album, “Perfect Strangers” (1984). The song was written by Ritchie Blackmore (guitar), Ian Gillan (vocals), and Roger Glover (bass). Ian has said the following about this track, “..it's just a joke. It just came about with the lyrics. It's no big deal. But it's a humorous thing and not meant to be offensive. And I think it was just an afterthought. It certainly wasn't what inspired the song.” This is one of those songs in my playlist more for the music than the lyrics, as I tend to prefer more profound lyrical content for the most part. I just really like the sound of this track as well as the title track. Plus, the official video is kind of cool with the whole Mad Max vibe.

Remember, Fear is the Mind-Killer, Don’t Panic, Keep Your Head Right with Ball, and May God be gracious to you and bless you and make His face shine upon you.
